Warranty and Returns Policy
We have a two-year warranty policy, which means we support your LED sign purchase for up to two years from the date your order is placed.
To be eligible for a replacement product, your purchase must have failed to function as a result of manufacturing defect, or otherwise have failed for reasons other than customer error, damage, or neglect etc.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damage to a sign reported within three days of receipt will be honored for replacement.
As all signs are custom manufactured for each customer, Quick Neon Signs does not offer refunds, and all sales are final.
